Refund policy

Return requests for orders received and delivered after 14 days will be declined. If 14 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund, as per our policy. 

For return 

We have a 14-Day intimation policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to initiate a request for product “Return”. 

There shall be no charge on return when the product has a manufacturing defect.

However “Other” returns shall be charged with a standard shipping fee.
We shall first inspect the returned order and then if your return is accepted, you shall be issued a credit voucher for the amount of your order.

  • We’re more than happy to refund or exchange any item as long as it’s accompanied by a proof of purchase such as your receipt or delivery note.
  • The item for return or exchange must be in its original sealed packaging and in perfect condition.
  • Refunds, returns or exchanges for faulty electronics or software items are subject to warranty eligibility, supplier’s verification and discretion.
  • Any item covered under the manufacturer’s warranty will be repaired or replaced subject to supplier’s verification and discretion.
  • We’ll offer your full refund via your original payment mode.

For exchange

FITTO Toys offers “1” free return on your first order only.

After the first order, standard shipping rates will apply for any exchange.

If the same product is not in stock for an exchange, then the customer may choose another product of the same value. 

The product must be still in original packing and should be returned in the same condition as received.

For refunds (if applicable), please send an email to mp@myfitto.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST

We accept 8 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us. We're available 24/7 at mp@myfitto.com.

Please note that any request received after an 8 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.

We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after an 8 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production. 

Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity etc. We ship the exact item(s) that you select at time of purchase. If you require a change to your order, please email us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted.
